We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your patience and understanding throughout the process of us reviewing your claim. 

If you have not yet received your claim outcome, rest assured that completion of all claims is our top priority. Please bear in mind some claims take longer than others, depending on their complexity.

For all claims where a decision has been reached, we intend to send your outcome letter via email. To reach our decision we reviewed the documentation that Amigo Loans holds on record from the point the loan(s) were paid out, as well as considered any supporting documentation supplied by you as part of your claim. Please proceed below to review your outcome.

If you are due a redress, based on our current estimations, we expect that for every £1 quoted in the value of the Total Cash Claim Value, customers will likely receive 17p of this. As an example, if your Total Cash Claim Value was quoted as £1000, you would likely receive a final payment of £170. This pence in the pound value is still an estimate, and is subject to change. This cannot be confirmed until customers’ claims have been decisioned in full and the business wound down. 

We expect to be able to begin making any initial cash payments from early 2024 and confirm any final payment due to you in late 2024. We will contact you directly to provide you with further information about this.
